Wir unterstützen diese Veranstaltung, weil wir in dem Abkommen erhebliche Probleme für Demokratie und Rechtsstaatlichkeit sehen.<\/p>\n

Konzerne werden in den Rang souveräner Staaten erhoben und können wegen Minderung ihrer Gewinne vor einem geheimen Schiedsgericht gegen Staaten klagen; die entgangenen Gewinne bezahlt der Steuerzahler. Gewählte Gremien können keine Gesetze mehr zur Re-Regulierung oder Re-Kommunalisierung beschließen.<\/p>\n
