Mai 2005 ein B&uuml;ndnis unter der Beteiligung der Humanistischen Union LV Bayern konstituiert. Ziel ist es, ein bayerisches Informationsfreiheitsgesetz (IFG) einzuf&uuml;hren.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einem von der Initiative veranstalteten Expertenhearing wurden die Vorteile eines Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes deutlich:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Mehr Transparenz der &ouml;ffentlichen Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>B&uuml;rgernahe und moderne Beh&ouml;rden<\/li>\n<li>schnellere Information der B&uuml;rger<\/li>\n<li>Abschaffung von Beh&ouml;rdenherrschaft und Informationszur&uuml;ckhaltung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Erfahrung aus den Bundesl&auml;ndern Berlin, Brandenburg, NRW und Schleswig-Holstein zeigt, dass Informationsfreiheit nicht zus&auml;tzliche Mehrarbeit f&uuml;r die Verwaltung. Es bedeutet auch nicht Umgehung oder Untergrabung der bestehenden Datenschutzbestimmungen. Wenn sich die bayerische Staatsregierung mehr Transparenz verschlie&szlig;t, werden wir sie mit den Kommunen &uuml;berholen, so Roman Huber, Sprecher des Aktionsb&uuml;ndnisses. &#8222;Wir suchen B&uuml;rger und Gemeinder&auml;te, die in Ihren Orten mehr Transparenz einf&uuml;hren wollen.&#8220; Machen Sie mit!
